now he is a friesian so i can see them very clearly.
now on i child i would discribe them as milk spots if that helps you imagine them better.
its only on that one side so any ideas

thank you

xx

Do they look like little spots/warts? If so, they are juvenile warts and he will develop an immunity and they will drop off. He's a bit old for them, but maybe he never got them when he was a baby.

As others have said, sounds like juvenile warts. Some horses get amazing numbers of them all around their muzzles but they disappear without any treatment whatsoever as the horse's immune system develops and matures.
