Is there a market for a Welsh D mare that while can be schooled cannot go on a road due to safety reasons. Any thoughts I really need one I can take on a road so I can hack as I do get bored just schooling but she loves it.

Riding school perhaps if she is suitable to be riden by any one not safe in traffic is the only problem I won't touch at any price.

Have you followed any advice (from here or elsewhere) on how to deal with the road issues? Most (but not all!) are soluble given time/patience/resources...

You might find a riding school that's looking for a horse with a bit of character to give their more experienced riders a bit more of a challenge. It might be worth looking in to but from your post about the traffic it does sound as though your options are limited. You might be able to sell her to someone who doesn;t have any roads to ride on if she's happy to hack without them - there was a post on here about fave hacks and quite a few people were saying they never had to go on a road. Might be a few possibilities
xx

Yeah unfortunately after her getting me off in the road we have come to the conclusion she is not going to be safe And best all round if we stay off, Can always ask a riding school there is one near me. Such a shame as she is a brilliant mare just a tad crazy thank you for replies.

Yeah followed advice and she has been away to a trainer who agreed she won't get much better and will only tolerate cars. Unfortunately I think it is due to near misses with idiot drivers thank you for replying.

There are plenty of people who are happy to just school and compete without hacking out, so yes there is a market.
