Advise needed!!!

Does anyone have any advise or tips for a horse that box walks?? I love my boy to peices but I dread mucking him out every morning as it looks like he has been having a rave in his stable. Any advise would be much appreciated thanks

Stable mirror, football, large ball, other objects like cones to stop him walking round in a complete circle or hanging objects to prevent him having clear path. Double haynet to stop him eating his tea so quickly or go up early to do him before he starts in the morning - it all depends on what sets him off, its usually boredom or anxiety so finding the cause is important.

Thanks for your reply. He won't touch his hay if I put it in a small holed haynet. I'll try some hanging objects next. He never use to do this but since he spent a week at the vets and he has done it ever since he's been home.
