Aerborne Cold Boots

Having purchased these boots and Im really happy with them, I just want to know how long they can be safely be left on for.
I usually leave them on for about 20/30mins after work but wonder if they can be left on longer, and even over night in a stable on a warm night?
Theyre the boots you put in water and soak for 40 minutes and they stay cold for 2-3 days. So there is no risk of cold burn.

I have these, I use them for 30 minutes twice a day.

I have these too. I wouldn't generally use for more than 20 mins as this is the recommended time for cold therapy for a horses leg, at least that's what Ive read in several places!

I think if you leave them for more than 30mins the blood rushes back to the leg causing more problems, don't know if its true just what i've heard
