Affinity shaped girths - which way round ?

The Affinity girth i have has a "straight" edge and a "shaped" edge. Big discussions on yard about correct fitting....

Which way round it should be? anyone know - i am going to try phoning the manufacture tomorrow as it is driving me mad....

I believe its curved edge towards head but have to use mine the other way round as it fits my horse better this way!!
