Affordable stable cameras

I'm new here so please be gentle with me....!

I was wondering whether anybody in the riding fraternity would be interested in a really simple to use stable camera system to keep an eye on their horse/pony that would be as follows:

1. 24 hour monitoring from your laptop/PC/smartphone.
2. Day and night image capabilities.
3. Secure private web site you just click on and the stable is there.
4. Option of taking still photos or watching a live video feed of what he/she's up to during the day/night.
5. Pan the camera up and down from the control of your computer/smartphone to make sure he isn't hiding in a corner.

I have worked out I can do this at a sensible price (a lot less than CCTV installation costs) but didn't want to go ahead until I had checked to see if there is any interest out there for such a thing. Or have you all already got them?

I'd be interested if you could run this via a bank of 12v batteries or similar!

Does your system require a phone line in the stables to enable internet access,
I doubt many will have this
