Mine was treated at Liphook and had 9 wounds altogether between his front legs all the way under his belly and his sheath. I wasn't given any advice just to bathe will water if they looked like they need it. It was October so flies not an issue.

I know. I was very upset to see her in such a state.

They did give me pain relief but the words were "do you have insurance because otherwise I'll just give you Bute as these are good but expensive"!!!!!!

To which I said "I am but even if they don't agree to cover this I want the good ones and I'll bloody well pay for them!"
