After Grass...

Does anyone put their horses out on "after grass"? ie when a field is cut for hayledge / hay?

Experiences of same?

I just have today, farmer cut it for hay, ive put my sec a and shetland on it though,as there isnt much grass left, (just left were he couldnt cut) theres loads of hay left, which hes not collected! The grass has lost its colour, but its brill for my ponios!!

Yes I do,they seem to enjoy the mowed grass,and badge -out under the hedges.
