how long should i keep horse in for? 24 hours? 48 hours?

our vet told us it was totally unecessary because we poo pick and anything that comes out will be dead anyway.

I just keep them in for about 20 hours , get in early- turnout late , cos I want to see if there are any worms in the poo . Had own horses 28 years , yet to see any!!!!! Almost want to , weird! But agree everything that comes out should be dead.

We've always done about twenty-four hours

I know everything should be dead that comes out, and we poo pick daily, but still, got into the habit now!

our fields aren't poo picked so 24 hours is prob a good idea. i wormed tonight so he can play out again weds
