Could you send your vet a photo? How was the sarcoid removed? My sister's horse was treated with Liverpool cream for one and it did swell quite badly.

How long ago was it done? Is it completely healed? Is the scar growing in size?

Depends how long ago and what it was treated with.
If it was lasered there is often quite alot of swelling, with Liverpool cream only a little ime.

How was it done?
Mine had one small occult sarcoid treated with Liverpool Cream. After the first application it swelled up like a tennis ball. The vet had already advised a couple of day's of bute to help with that so that combined with plenty of turnout meant the swelling went down v quickly (2 days max). He had two further applications of cream but no further swelling.
