Now I know this is a very long shot but was wondering if anyone out there recognised this pony?

The video prity much says it all :( I miss him so much and just want to know he was ok and if he is still ok now. I feel so guilty for letting him down and think about him everyday. He realy was such a sweetheart and the axcident was a freak one and I had intended to keep him and get back on him once I was better but obviously my boss had other ideas :( He deserved so much better than what happened to him and the one time I did speak to the woman who had him she seemed lovely and he seemed to be settling in well. Sadly her number was just writen on a bit of paper and it got lost when I moved. :( I realy would love to hear from anyone who has any info on him, Good or bad (although i'm hoping for good).
He realy was a special pony who had so much love to give. I hope he's having a happy life and having lots of fun with a caring owner.
He was not stolen just an unfortunate set of events led to me loosing him, No nasty comments please, it was a very tough time for me and i'm still paying for it now. Missing my little Jo and wondering if he is ok.
Please, please get in touch if you have any info. Thankyou xx

I'm so sorry for what happened to you, and I'm sorry I don't recognise Jo. I don't even know if what happened to you with your boss was even legal if he was yours?

I really hope you get some news on him soon.

I hope someone recognises him and there is a happy ending for all. What a horrible thing to happen to you (accident and all that :() sounds like you were in a tight spot.

Fingers crossed.

sorry I don't recognise him but the video did make me cry! you think a horse is forever but you can't predict what will happen! I hope you can find him!

What a heartbreaking story. Have youi tried contacting the office who issued his passport? They should have the name of his current owner in their records and if you ask them they may forward a letter from you onto the owner (don't forget to enclose a stamped envelope for them to use).

Good luck.

Can you not search the lady's name, google it, see if anything comes up? That's worked for me in the past. Otherwise I hope someone recognises the pony and can help you x

Thanks guys.
The ladys name was Lou that's all I knew and I think she lived in Essex but i'm not compleatly shore :( It was such a stressful time as you can probably imagen. It's all abit of a blur realy, all I know is I lost my lovely boy.

Tammytoo I don't know his passport number and he's only Registered as Jo (Not very origenal, Wish I'd been abit more imagenitive now :( ) So not shore they could help? That's not realy alot to go on :(

Thankyou for the support everyone.

Pookie He was about 14.1hh But could have grown as he was only 3/4 and I think he had some more maturing to do.

So sorry to hear about your story & hope you find Jo but can you not ask them to look up the passport based on your name cause he was originally registered to you, so they should be able to look you up on their records - then if his passport was updated with new information they should be able to tell you that at least??

Worth a try anyway!

I've looked on NED and the only Jo (actually a Jo-Jo) registered by the Pleasure Horse Soc at the right age (DOB 2004 ish?) was around 11hh when registered. It's not a comprehensive database though so your best bet would be to contact the Society and ask them. Even without the passport number they might be able to help.

Bump, this is such a sad story, my hormones ( menapause) are all over the place just now anyway, so this really had the tears streaming, i really hope you get a good outcome to this ( hugs ) gimme a hankey as im off again :o

Thanks guys.

Sprout just to know he is ok would be fantatic, to see him again would be amazing. He realy was the sweetest guy you could meet. I turned him away for the winter. Got him in 4 months later tacked him up walked him inhand round the block, the next day I desided walking was far to much work so just got on him and rode him. It was like he haddn't had any time off at all :) Such a nice chap to work with and handsom to boot. The pics realy don't do him justice.
