Aggressive gelding

A horse i work with has been aggresive with me since monday, i smacked him for flying at the colt to bite him, on the shoulder, and hes been absolutely nasty since then. Biting, turning his bum at me, kicking at me, he bit my finger today when i went to pat him, and drew blood. Hes not in any work at the moment.

My boss is a trainer so i cant go omplent any new rules because its apparently all my fault. I am scared of him, he absolutely flys at me, and the horses around him. He went for the yearling colt when he walked past on tuesday.

Anything i can do? I have to bribe him with food to catch him, or to even get close to him. Im fed up and sore!!
