Missed your OP but just gone and found and read it.....
How long have you taken him off the nuts for before noticing this personality change??
My lad has been on TS for 3 years, he is fit and well and happy

BUT whilst i say this, for the last few weeks he has been a miserable chuff

it is winter, it is cold, it means longer times spent in the stable, there is no grass, there is lots of mud ete etc

Can you really blame the nuts, and if so how did you reach this conclusion

Nothing has changed except the feeding of TS nuts he is on the same field with the same companion, with the same hay and the same routine, hence the conclusion its the nuts. He starded to improve about three days after taking him off them and improved every day since. There is obviously something in TS nuts that dosnt agree with him, but they are obviously fine for other horses

Hi Flibble,

He is still on Dengie Healthy Hooves and Dengie Alfa Beet, I just added TS as he is doing more work. Now I have cut them out I contacted Dengie and they said just up the quantity
