Why? (Only interested but is it a safety or a tradition thing).

Supposedly safety but rubbish as tags are easily pulled off. At one time we had to take the collars off too. I use slide on tags which are allowed.

Yes safety but I agree it’s a bit daft . But having seen someone disqualified after a beautiful clear because they had a tag I thought it worth mentioning.

We’ve got a whippet in the agility group the hooligan has just been shuffled into. The way they float over the jumps mesmerises me! (We’re a loooong way off doing any competing as we’re at the very start of our learning to weave journey & only went through more than 1 in a row for the first time at the weekend)
