I've just found someone to ride my horse a couple of times a week for me and would like to put in place an agreement to be signed by both parties.
It will not be a traditional loan agreement, but there will be some responsibilities like that of a part loan.

Please could you guys help me with what i should add into this agreement, any advice, tips etc would be very helpful.

Thank you in advance :)

I've had a couple of loan agreements drawn out with sharers before and what I included in mine was:

Where the horse is to be stabled.
What they could/could NOT do with the horse (jumping, hacking etc whatever you choose to agree on for your personal situation).
How much notice both parties must give when stopping the loan unless you feel your horse is under danger etc obviously you have the right to stop contact immediately.
The days/how many days a week the rider will care for the horse.
What duties are expected of the person caring for the horse on their days.
Any notes like 'horse must be kept in at night' or 'horse must be turned out in own paddock and not with others' etc as examples!
How much money they must contribute monthly/weekly or whatever (if they are contributing, I know not all part loans do).

Im sure I have missed some things out but that's what I could think of in a rush  off to work it is....

If it is more for just riding then i'd keep it very simple
dos & don'ts
rider insurance
emergency contacts etc
Hope that helps a little
