I recently adopted a CockerxSpringer last Wednesday. He is fine with my son, 13 yr old brother, my mom, and myself. He growls and barks at my boyfriend, step dad, and 17 year old brother -.- I had them offer Mickey (sprocker) treats. He ate them from their hands than continued to bark and growl. I bought a muzzle and he still growled. My brother took him for a walk and Mickey was able to pull off the muzzle. He allowed my brother to walk him for an hour. When they came back, my brother went in the house then came back out. Mickey started growling and barking again. His previous family said he was fine with people but his aggression says otherwise. My question is if the muzzle is a good idea and if there is anything else I can do?
