Without any stamp I doubt you can tell. Contact AH with photos, they should be able to tell you model and that may give an idea. I've always found them to be very helpful.
The records at head office will have some records on adjustments, but not all. Width can be assessed by a fitter from a photo taken square on from the front, though it can be easier with more straight cut saddles than with a jump saddle. D to d measurement means not a jot on any saddle, even on identical models the d ring (technically it's actually a fall down staple) is added a fair way through the process of making, and the position can vary.
