my TB boy has acted up today... AGAIN!!
ok so hes for sale, and you just have to love him, hes the kindest most laid back horse ever, will carry little kids around all day. woman up the yard was expressing some interest put her kid on his back he was good as gold, stood there like an angel, whilst i went on a bout how laid back he was, then i went for a ride and as she was watching i galloped through the field he saw a bin bag and went full bucking bronco mode on me, probably looked LOT worse than it actually was but still, sometimes i wonder why i only ride TB's, hes normally a complete angel and the most laid back horse to ride down the yard, he just decided he wants to stay i guess, so he put them off well and truly

My old boy was the same, put a child on his back and he was a saint. If I was ill, he'd nanny me around a hack. Woe betide if I was feeling well and in high spirits cause he'd play me up like your boy. I just consoled myself with the thoughts that he'd only throw stuff my way that I was capable of coping with <g>. Looks like he's got his feet well and truly under the table ;-).

I think that they know when they are for sale! A few years ago I was trying to sell the perfect PC pony - who was 5* in all ways - but bag - she changed over night when people came to try her - bag from hell! Eventually so fed up - I sent her to a sale - getting about 1/5th of her real value - but guess what as soon as she went about 50 miles to her new home - she was hopping lame, and I had to have her back! Son was delighted, she came sound (within days) he had another seasons hunting on her - and then I part exchanged her for another horse. 18 moths later I saw she was for sale again - for about 20 times what Ih ad got for her - and she had become a top class dresage animal!!
