Ahhhh help, Prelim 12

Doing RC dressage team tomorrow and stupidly thought it was p13....just checked and its not, its P12. I've got a copy and I know the basics of most of them anyway, but got work xmas do tonight and won't be able to check it til about midnight and I'm panicking now, cos I am having a complete mental block!! Which one is it? Can someone give me the gist of the first bit then I will probably remember it!!

Not got a copy to hand, but I think it has 3 centre lines, a half circle in free walk, half 10m circles in med walk, and a canter across the diagonal!
