Saw that picture in the press a couple of months back -its the world's biggest horse with the world's smallest. Very cute but it concerns me how much wrong breeding has gone into the miniature - it looks like it has very poor conformation, or maybe its the angle its standing at and I'm a cynical old cow!!?

No, you are not a cynical old cow. When this was first released some time ago, all sorts of programmes were showing this littl 'un, and it is quite deformed.It did raise a lot of questions, but they say it is happy, so that's all they are concerned about.
