On Friday went out for an exercise hack on two horses. I insisted my friend use my wifes air jacket whist riding my horse. Disaster friend falls off and remains unconscious. Air ambulance arrives and takes friend to Queens Hospital (brain trauma).

I remained with 2 horses and a bag of cloths. Sorry mate but we had to cut the air jacket in half with scissors. Friend makes good recovery and is discharge in two day s with bag of pain killers and very sore.

I sent the destroyed air jacket back to P2P, they rebuilt it and charged a nominal fee, repaired in 3 days flat door to door. One very happy customer for two reasons,

“1” The Air Jacket did a great job
“2” Five Stars to Point 2 Air jacket customer service.

Not a story I wanted to tell but ending is good one.

I second the Point 2 after sales service!!!!!

Cannot fault it at all! In fact they are 5***** really!

Glad your friend is on the mend

Point 2 Air Jackets have saved my life 3 times now!

Rider was strapped to a board (routine procedure) they unclipped the front buckles of the jacket. Then cut across the shoulder straps and pulled the jacket out from underneath the rider.

LOL the Paramedics are crazy I think they enjoy cutting up peoples cloths. I joke, as the Doctors, Paramedics, Pilots and the nice people at 999 did a great job.
