Decided to sell my horse around May and planning on buying a new one some time in early Summer. My friend works for Alan Spalding (SJ dealer) and I have seen a few of his horses which always seem very nice. He regulary competes, and does well, at competitions I am at so I am familiar with him and his horses always look like they jump well.

I will be looking for a new SJ and I was wondering if anyone recommends/does not recommend him, or if anyone can give me any info on him or his horses? I have heard they are pretty pricey but from what I have seen, I wouldn't say over-priced?

Obviously my friend works for him so although I value her opinion and help (she tells me he's fab and I should definately have a look at his horses) I know it might be a bit bias because she works for him.

Thanks everyone

have seen some really nice ones from him before

Will say he makes all his horses look nice.
Would say they may be a bit pricier than other dealers in area but much same as prices on internet. His horses always look like quality animals.
Go see him can't hurt to look.
