My friend *might* be putting hers up for sale in the next month or so, but I think it's an 18- would that be too long?

i think it might be. he's only a 15.2hh Welsh Cob, not long in the back, quite compact little thing.

there seems to be lots of M-W for sale and no Mediums.
 
I've got one but it is practically brand new and only used for about a month as was bought for a horse that I no longer have so I was hanging onto it as didnt want to sell it cheap.
How much do you want to pay for one?
 
i'd buy new if i could afford it as it would be soooo much easier. i doubt i can afford what you want for it. i was hoping to pay £650 max as I dont mind if it's a few yrs old - it's mainly for hunting and the odd hunter trials at the moment.
 
Oh, no worries, I couldnt afford to let it go at that price, hubby would not be impressed!
Keep looking on Ebay, they do seem to come up, if I hear of one I will pm you.

I've never bought a saddle from then so don't know much about the company I'm afraid, but Saddles Direct. com, or Friday-ad.co.uk or the classified page on the BD website.

Not sure where you are located, but Penfolds Saddlery specialise in Albions I think and have loads of 2nd hand ones too, they may have a K2

I used to have a K2 years ago, they are nice jump saddles.

really? i've been doing a search for albion k2 every day and haven't seen one in black? one in brown went today though.

I got a Med black 17.5" Albion Kontrol off of Ebay a couple of days ago - just waiting on it arriving but if its too narrow for P I can let you know? Its an XC saddle so bit different from the K2 but still has the blocks, square cantle etc...

thanks - the guys at Albion said I'd need the K2 for hunting though as the others are too close contact and haven't got big enough panels to spread the weight for long periods in the saddle.
 
Hi - i am selling my K2 - 17.5 Med in Brown for £750 if anyone is interested.

I bought in in Feb last year, my horse then went lame in May and has not recovered from his tendon injury

I have now got a new horse last month but he's a little 15.3 TB and its a bit too long for him, i almost need a 16.5!
So its had very little use, been kept beautifully, one tiny scuff on the cantle.

I absolutely love this saddle, the best thing i have ever jumped in! Gutted it doesn't fit new horse, may get another one for him, anyone know of a 16.5 Med for sale?!!
