Has anyone any experience of this saddle? I'm considering buying one for my youngsters, both are wide types. I would be using it for XC and SJ-ing. I had a brief sit in one on a trade stand and I liked it but would like any opinions/experiences good or bad!
Thank you!

As a rider I found them really comfortable but my horses were not so sure. Have been told that the trees suit fit TB types. William FP seems to do well in them.

Tried one and found it a bit hard to ride in as it almost felt too close contact although maybe I just wasn't used to such a close contact saddle!
The Albion and an ideal impala pro both fitted J like a glove but I preferred the ideal although seemed a great quality saddle just my preference I suppose - feeling more secure in the ideal!

I have one on my warmblood and love it, needed something to keep my leg secure as my boy jumps everything very big!! Especially love it for xc

Rosie won't SJ or go XC in anything else and has suggested the saddle to several others who were a bit short of confidence. They have all loved it. WFP basically has just one which fits most of the horses he rides.

Thank you everyone for your opinions/experiences, next step will be getting the saddler out to see if the Kontact lite will be suitable for my wide mare! I used to have an Impala Ideal saddle and loved that too, I just fancied the monoflap and lightness of the Albion.
Thanks a lot,

Chloe
