Used to have one. It was very secure but didn't fit the horse after a while so went for a Black Country Wexford. Will never ride in another saddle again, it's fabulous. BC can make their saddles to fit almost any horse so worth a look if you haven't already discounted them...

I had one and loved it, unfortunately I loved it more than my horse loved jumping. In hindsight I should of kept the saddle and sold the horse....
Seriously though it suited me as I have long thigh bones and it was the only reasonably priced saddle with forward enough knee rolls that I could afford without having to spend silly money.

I love mine. I have long thin bones too and this was the only saddle I tried in which my knees didn't pop over the rolls! Ideal for horses with a flatter, longer back I would say. I did initially want a monoflap but I just didn't feel as secure in any of them as the Kontrol and doing the girth up while riding is so much easier if you horse is pratting about!

I'm long thighed and have a flatbacked horse and it fits us both well. There are different seat/flap combinations avail. I have the forward flap deep seat xc style saddle but previously had the sj one with the less forward flap and it was quite nice too. I'd much prefer it with a flatter seat however, I'm looking to get a new saddle this year and might get a custom Kontrol with the flat seat forward flap... maybe... My absolute favourite saddle is still an Equipe, I'd recommend one of them to anyone!
