I have just purchased a second hand Albion saddle on Ebay (i know it is a little risky but its in great condition and good value) however, it was sold as a VSD, but it does still appear to be fairly forward cut. should the saddle have VSD stamped on the flap underneath where the legend K2 and size is stamped? I only want to know as if i decide to resell i would like to correctly describe it.

Mine has k2 vsd and the size stamped on the flap, but these do wear off. The vsd is much straighter than the gp and the albion gp is obviously forward cut to look at, but its hard to tell when you haven't got the two to compare! I have the k2 dressage and together the vsd is slightly more forward, not a lot, the blocks under the knee are long like the dressage and I believe the gp has shorter blocks. x
