£7.99 Hi Viz LED Running Vest with Red LEDs in the Back and White in the Front, can be set to flash or solid. Lightweight and easy enough to pop over a coat/body protector etc when out and about.
I snagged one when they were available online, the LEDs are very bright and eye catching! Have gleefully added it to my collection of eyeblinding hi-viz riding wear

I saw somebody riding in one of these last week. I was very impressed with the visibility and just how invisible her hacking partner was in a normal hi viz yellow tabard.
