Looks like it will be balloting the OPN and PN. Think it will be the first time ever!

I've always wanted to do Aldon and never got round to it. If she's not in foal I'll have a bash at the Autumn one.
Probably a good job I didn't go to the effort of getting a day ticket then!
You planning on doing Belmont, think they'll ballot the Intro?

I do not think Belmont will ballot - I think the reason an intro is being run is its an easy cash earner. I think a lot of people were put off last year and even though it will get better sometimes people are not willing to risk it.

Sh1t i thought Aldon never ballot.. i had to enter Squeak in the OPN, so he'd be running on the same day as Ernie, and thought they wouldn't ballot the OPN.

Used to ballot quite a few years back but haven't of recent.

MdM did you realise OPN is on Friday as well was a mistake in program.

No i didn't.. but have just been told.. so now have been changed from OPN to PN running on Fri, and the ON can do his dressage on the Fri.. which should hopefully mean neither are ballotted

does however mean i'll have to be there 2 days running

(mum had a phone call from them earlier, which she's only just remembered to tell me about)
