Alexanders horseboxes Boroughbridge

Has anyone had any dealings with Alexanders Horseboxes at Boroughbridge? I saw some of their vans at the Great Yorkshire show today and I liked the look of them but wanted to know if they were ok to deal with and what their after sales service was like if anyone knows? I looked at them, they seem very nice indeed. Didn't find the owner/ salesman particulally endearing though. Especially as he offered me a pathetic trade in on my lorry! How rude!!!
