Ted occasionally has to step aside from the limelight - in favour of the "more precious than diamonds" horse - my lovely Alf. After 5 years of rollercoaster emotions, including a few times when I wondered if I should call it a day for the old man - he appears to have taken on a new lease of life. He's forward, and keen, and sounder than he's ever been. Never going to be 100%, but for a 20 year old, high mileage horse, with lots of issues, I can live with how he's feeling/looking at the moment. A friend came to ride him yesterday, and was pleasantly surprised at how good he felt. There will of course be an outtake video - hes a classic case of "too many buttons" - and cheeky with it!
