Yes they might find something, but in a way it might explain some things if they do - so I'll say fingers crossed they do find something, but that it is very very minor and fixed easily

Nerve blocks last night suggested that he just needs some remedial shoeing to support his heals, but going to xray on Thursday just in case.

Crossing everything that it all comes good, im going through something similar at the mo and i cant help feeling that finding something is often better than finding nothing, at least then you know what it is, your not mad and you can focus on sorting it instead of driving yourself nuts. Likewise! I'm sort of in the same boat with my pony right now - we did nerve blocks and x-rays yesterday and the vet is back this morning to re-take one of the x-rays...
