I'm glad that vets seems to think that this is a good outcome, but genuinely confuddled how bone spurs on the hock that can cause him to leave a leg behind when standing and lose a hind leg when ridden is a good thing?

My description is that congenital bone spurs that are not arthritic and not making him lame barring a "misstep" a few times a month is the least worst outcome I could possibly have had.

Bobby the skinny cat has put on a bit over half a pound in a week, so we're thinking he was just upset by the move and by our own stress which has gone down massively recently ?
