All Tacked Up on Facebook Fraud

Hi Guys, I'm new to this forum and wanted some advice. I purchased some rugs from a facebook page called 'All Tacked Up'... To cut a long story short I no longer needed the rugs so asked for a refund (before she sent them). It went on for months her promising a refund but it never happened. She blocked me on facebook and is refusing to answer any of my communications. I have found out she has done this to several people. I can go through small claims blah blah but really want her to not be able to continue to do this to people. It is such a hassle going through such a long process to get the money back. Makes me so angry she is getting away with doing this
 
How did u pay? If it was by credit card and over £100 they should give you your money back directly. If it was under £100 you can still get them to fight on your behalf.

If it was by paypal they will take the money back off them and put on hold until they resolve the query.

Any other payment method and you are doomed.
 
I know I'm so annoyed with myself it was bank transfer!! She has done it to loads of people! Hopefully if enough people see things like this and the Facebook page set up by someone else who's been burnt (ban all tacked up from Facebook) she'll stop xx
 
Is she a business or were you buying from a private seller? If a private seller you are likely to have difficulty. Your only option my be to report her to facebook.
 
I'm pretty sure that the genuine All Tacked Up have had problems with someone impersonating them and its under Facebook investigation.
 
No they haven't honestly she is talking rubbish the 'genuine' all tacked up is the one conning people!! There are so many people in communication with each other that she's done it to. She is saying trolls blah blah but I have proof she's ripping us off xx
