t-shirt, fleece with Musto snug coat over the top whilst on the ground, then swap for a padded gilet to ride in.... might be wearing my thermals out to dressage tomorrow!

Tights under my breeches. Vest then a cotton top with my Musto gilet on - very warm highly recommended for £35! Then on top of all that my old, old Toggi Perth coat - another stern recommendation from me love it to pieces even though I look mahoosive in it!

have invested in a couple of funnel neck Bench fleeces off of Ebay as they are better than any riding brand fleece I have ever had, keep me nice and warm!!

Just got the MH Goosy jacket and its toasty! Have bodywarmers at the ready for layers!

Oh, and the obligatory wooly hat.

Need good warm boots though, toes get cold...

Ive just brought a new Dublin coat (bargain @ £25). Its lovely and warm i normally wear what ever top i wore to work that day with a jumper over it then my lovely new jacket, and a pair of jeans on the bottom.

Oh im not a smelly tramp by the way i just dont have time to change when i get in!

I wear my Mountain Horse jacket - I think its a Goosey - in this weather. Its really warm without being heavy. Then to ride I switch to a gillet, unless I'm hacking then MH stays on! And thick Barbour socks. I'm mad about my Barbour socks - they are expensive but last for ever and ever and keep me warm!

Its still not cold enough for me to put tights under my breeches though!

Either my Musto offshore jacket or Mountain Horse bodyguard jacket, ummm sealzskin(is that what they're called!) gloves and tredstep socks

Husky bodywarmer, padded lumberjack shirt (OH's) and a fleece neckwarmer thingy to keep my nose warm, and a big smile because it's snowing. Haven't been cold enough yet to get the quilted coveralls out.
I have got a super warm Colombia coat but refuse to wear it doing the horses as it is too clean

I'm hot blooded I think - mucking out in tracky bottoms and polo shirt / t shirt, put thin fleece on over for turning out / poo picking.

Riding in t shirt and thin fleece (with jods and boots obv!)

OH by comparison is wearing about 93 layers!

rubgy shirt, marmot fleece and marmot quilted jacket. Marmot stuff is designed for people climbing up mountains, it is amazingly warm!

Thermal jodhs or tights under regular jodhs, 2 pairs socks and my Bromonts on the bottom half.

Not felt the cold yet even when standing about teaching for hours.

In our shop, which is a feed merchants and freezing all year round, I'm up to 2 pairs of socks, neoprene weillies or walking boots, cors (warmer than jeans) Gelert thermal long sleeved top, fleece gilet, thick Harry Hall fleece, tluffy scarf, ski bodywarmer with fake fur neck!

I'm off to trawl ebay for thermal longjohns in a minute!

Today I wore...

Thermal Vest and tights, Musto thermal socks
Long sleeved T shirt and Fleecy lined Ski Pants
Musto Fleece
Down Filled Jacket
Ugg Boots
Sheepskin Hat

AND I WAS STILL COLD!!!!

Same lower half as in summer. Hi-viz workman's jacket, tshirt and buff (neck/face scarf). I cycle to work at 6am all year round, so am immune to the cold.
