I feed my guy on Pure condition and just recently made a supplement purchase from Feedmark which mean't I got a free supplement of my choice.

I have gotten Benevit Advance a broad spec supplement. If I give this to my guy along with his feed will it unbalance all the vits/mins etc and be detrimental to him or if I feed at a lower rate such as 1 scoop rather than 2/3 scoops be fine?

Not really understanding what you have written, but basically horse feed is designed to supply all required vits and mins when fed at stated rate.

I believe Pure Feeds say 2kg per day for a 500kg horse.

If you feed less than this you would need to add a balancer or vit/min supplement to bring levels back up to where they should be. However also needs to be considered that the balancer etc would need to be fed at a reduced rate.

Possibly better to reassess the feed, ie if your feeding a conditioning feed, and horse doesnt need all of it, move him onto a lower energy feed.

Pure feeds is a complete feed, no need to add any suppliment.
