I'm on DIY.

£15 per week.

Get use of stable when ever you want (always a stable there for use), and fields. Accept for really bad whether when the fields need to recover for a day.
Schooling field, jumps, tackroom, shared hay/straw/shavings barn.
Brilliant hacking!
YO puts out in mornings, and changes rugs in the mornings (as she puts out her own), and always up their to check each day, and will put away in the stable, on the odd ocasions for free.

well the reason i was asking was i'm finding it very hard to get jack fit from his 9 months off, hes at home at the moment where i have a stable tackroom, and only 10 mins hack from the beach. but the baby is only 9 weeks old and its not easy to get away... so a yard hes been at before is where hes going to get fit and lose a LOT of weight

yard is 30 miles round trip from my home
full livery £35 a week !!!!!!! he gets
a stable
turn out (and taken to field)
feed
hay
mucked out twice a day
sand arena
indoor school

down point is that the stable's are run down a bit nothing a bit of tlc wouldn't cure.

I am at Weston Lawns which holds FAB shows and pay £21.50 a week, I have a Collins surface school w/ floodlights, nice turnout, have to pay for walker and hire of the show rings but is well worth it

Full Livery here in Lanarkshire is £80 a week. Includes Stable, Bedding (shavings) which are added to every 5 days, muck out, all feeds, turn out and bring in, legs washed & hoofs picked, rugs changed, bringing in for farrier/vet.

£25 a week and for that we get 1.5acre field off farmer. We have to do everything, fencing, water, fertilizer, field shelter. He just provides the land. But that is for 2 horses. Where we were it was 40 per week DIY with no stable!!!! Just a field!

£95 Full Livery which includes everything apart from exercising/schooling.

Facilities are all year turn out, international sized manege, heated locked and alarmed tack room, plans in for a walker, warm water wash room with solarium, rugs cleaned regularly, lorry parking and absolutely fabulous hacking.

But £35 per week for full livery - fab deal I'd say so long as you're happy with the facilities.

Also strict rules re clearing up after yourself etc so there are no arguments & everyone knows where they are. They will also catch up & hold your horse for the farrier/vet at no extra (providing it isn't everytime) & YO's live on site so the security is great & they also call you/see to any ill horses.

Only thing I'd say is that there is absolutely no way that a business could cover their costs let along make a profit charging such a small amount. Have you checked that they have insurance, fire extinguishers that are regularly serviced etc etc? If you know the yard and have confidence in the quality of the care, feed, hay, bedding etc then I can understand you going for this option but without knowing the yard I would be very, very suspicious.. Good luck!
