Allen & Page calm and condition for the competition horse-yay or nay?

I've fed Calm & Condition to two very sensitive horses who were on livery at the time with limited turn out but were fit and competing regularly. My mare went loopy on most feeds but was fab on this, my Ex-Racer was in very poor condition when I first got him and this really helped him. I did try Ride & Relax before Calm & Condition and my TB - who is granted a bit lively - literally stuck his head between his knees and rodeo-d - dressage saddle stuck me in thank goodness! Changed straight to Calm & Condition and he was back to his normal self only progressively got a bit fatter. I did feed both horses with a combination of Alfa A Oil, Blue Chip Balancer & Ad-lib Haylage and I should say these were very poor do-ers. I have since found out that Equilibrium is basically the same as Blue Chip but much cheaper so would prob combine with that now. Hope this helps.
