After relentlessly trying to find a feed my horse will eat that isn't full of sugar and cereals, I have started her on the Veteran Vitality. I had to have a completely oat free feed which is harder than it sounds. Virtually every feed I looked at had oats of some form in it or was nothing better than a grass / chaff replacer. I am holding my breath now as she tends to be okay on a feed for 6-12 months before she goes nahh and won't eat it. Oh the hardship!

My fussy old toad likes VV apparently! He has Releve mix, balancer and alfa a oil, which he loves. It costs me an arm and a leg, but I thought it was what his royal highness wanted.
Now he has a few mouthfuls of his, then goes off and scoffs his mate's cheap and cheerful VV dinner, while friend dines like a king on MY feed

Try adding oily herbs my fussy one eats all his feed since adding these, I was constantly changing feeds every few months but touch wood his been eating every bit for months now.

What do you use as your ‘oily herbs’? Very intrigued

Mine's on Veteran Light and scoffs it happily every day.
