I wonder if someone can help me. I have a 16.2hh Dutch Warmbood who has Navicular disease. He has taken a very severe allergic reaction to something - no idea what. I suspect midges as these are more prominent this last 2 weeks. His reaction was so severe it warranted a steroid which was very risky as he has major problems in his feet. I do everything I can. He is in the stable just now with window shut and fly rug on. New reaction appeared yesterday - not as bad but the vet said he cannot have antihistamine as he has a history of ulcers and there is no proof they can digest properly. Any ideas. I will post a picture if I can - not sure how. Any input will help. Thanks
