allergy?- swollen, runny eyes and cough - also in vet

She is 17 and has had dust allergy in past but has been ok with soaked hay for a few years. This came out of the blue yesterday. Could it be the pollen or is ot more likely to be hay. I have started feeding haylage to see if that makes a difference. She is out at night on a starvation patch and in during the day

Eyes could be unrelated to the cough. Swollen runny eyes are common in the summer because of bright sunlight and flies.

Could of course be connected. I would call your vet tomorrow
