Alpha A Oil sugar/starch content??

As above really, can anyone tell me the percentage of sugar and starch it has??
I've had a look at the Dengie website and it doesn't say?! also done a search on google but still no luck...

Best thing to do is give Dengie a ring and ask them! Alfalfa is naturally low in sugar, but has more starch in it than hay (probably around 4-5% starch).
