Alpha Beet,anyone use it?

Is it good stuff or just the same/similar as speedibeet,how much is it? Thanx

Got a free bag from Burghley (sample one) like speedi beet but has added alfalfa - tbh when mixed it looked horrid and neither of our two were keen (even OH's greedy mare that eats anything)

We use Speedibeet and the relevant Alfa and mix it ourselves

My horse also wasn't too keen and agree it doesnt look very appetising to me, even smells a bit funny! Likewise we use speedi beet and Alpha A!

i use it and tend to soak longer than the 3 hours just in case, mine seem to eat but have just got a bag of the simple systems one, very diff colour unmolassed. i do wonder how something can soak in about an hour i wonder how much it has been messed with chemically to soak so quickly.

it's fantastic stuff, good for conditioning it is different to speedibeet as it is a 50/50 mix of alfalfa and beet. cost wise it is about £6.50 per bag

I soak Speedibeet and Dengie Alfa A pellets together. Same thing I think?
