Alternative Therapies - Good or bad?

Have used an Equine touch person - think horse found it beneficial -he looked to be enjoying it! It was not to deal with a serious issue though, just muscle soreness from being in proper work for the first time

My attitude is generally if it can't do any harm then why not give something a go...particularly if nothing else has worked...

a friend of mine who used to keep her horse on our yard did reiki and so did her mum. her mum came down and did my horse and she really enjoyed it i dont know if it did her any good but she looked like she liked it. also she had not long been diagnosed with bone spavin and my mates mum picked up on it and i hadnt said anything to her and my mate swore that she hadnt either so who knows

I have used loads.

Much like conventional medicine, some of it works and some of it doesn't.

The only thing I would suggest is go for people who you have heard are good through word of mouth. There are a lot of useless ones out there.
