Hello - In panic mode at the moment! Just been told that my 12.2hh pony needs up to 20 weeks of box rest. The panic being because we don't have a stable!! I've begged and borrowed use of one for a few days until we get sorted. Anyway - the solution short terms will be emptying the garage and putting the pony in there. It's more of a shed, with a slightly wider than normal shed door.
What I'm wondering is the best way of securing the entrance. Obviously don't want to have the whole door shut.
I was wondering if the fabric 'stall guard' things are secure enough (Like this: http://www.amazon.co.uk/Mark-Todd-Competition-Stall-Guard/dp/B004MYAQYU).
Or would this be a better alternative (Like this: http://www.robinsonsequestrian.com/...ittings/slip-rail-brackets-zinc-3-pieces.html).
Or if there are any other ideas?!
