Alternatives to Amigos for horses who find Amigos too narrow

For those who have found Amigos too narrow at the front on their horse what alternative rugs did you buy? Did they have a fillet string? Not especially worried about cost of rug - just need a good rug

There is an amigo for tanks! Can't remember the exact name but Robinsons were selling it.

Shires and Weatherbeeta's. Any rug which has buckles so the fit can be adjusted.
I don't buy rugs with those T fastners after my Amigo experience

I think Rambo is the Amigo for tanks. FAL fit my tank beautifully and she is a nightmare to fit because she is wide but short coupled.

Amigo do a bigger rug for wide horses called the Amigo XL or you can buy a chest expander especially for Amigo rugs. I've had to give up on Amigo rugs because they are just too tight on the neck for my welsh D. I have just bought a Mark Todd rug which is adjustable at the front, fits much better.
