I may need something to make bute gobble-down delicious (see post in Vet). Have just been out to try to find some NAF Mint but it seems to be thin on the shelves.
Can I use Tesco-bought dried mint?
I might add that I've tried most tricks in the book (apple juice / cordial / mint cordial / hiding it in an apple / carrot / treacle sarni / crushing up polo mints etc) and only the minty-sauce like gorgeousness of NAF Mint seems to disguise the taste enough for him to consider eating anything suspect.

I just feed fresh mint when I need to disguise something horrible (bute). I grow mint in the garden so it's easy enough to pick and take to the yard, but I think you can buy fresh growing mint in Sainsburys so I'd feed that. I chop it up then stir through the feed.

Other option is to ask your vet for Metacam or Danilon instead. Mine will never eat bute but he'll eat the other two.

My YO has planted loads of mint all around our hosepipe area, brill idea, we just grab a few leaves when we add water to our speedibeet - it's strong though, so we go easy on it.:)
