Alternatives to Neue Schule bits

I am trying to find a new bit for my dad's horse and I believe the Neue Schule Baucher is the right bit for his horse.

I have a Neue Schule bit for my horse and swear by them! My previous horse would not work in anything else as he had a very fussy mouth and I'm reluctant to try anything else without some advice first.

The reason I am looking for an alternative because my dad isn't too happy about the price tag. I was wondering if a copper mouthpiece would work just as well?

If anyone has any suggestions I would love to hear them!!

I use this bit http://www.ejeffries.co.uk/product/479547/BI671/_/Precision_Bit and so does a friend who said the quality is as good as her NS at a fraction of a cost. The website has a whole range of styles to choose from so might be worth having a look.

I have previously looked at these bits as I they look and sound the part, however they don't do a baucher which is disappointing!
I would definitely buy one if they did one though.
