We had our first hack today, she was fab! I'd seen her hacked out alone before but I didn't want to chance it for our first time so a girl from the yard came with us. What was supposed to be a short hack turned into over two hours, I had to slither off her back and am now walking like John WayneDiscovered that she dislikes water, buses and road work barriers but she wasn't daft, just gave them a wide berth! My inside leg is killing from constantly pushing her out - she tends to float around and meander over to the other rise of the road if not pushed forwards, lol. Overall I'm really impressed with how she went although I do think we might have to change bits for hunting, the brake situation was slightly hit and miss!!
Oh and she looked very smart in her thorn saddle pad, first time using it and it was super comfy. The white hair/suede dilemma is going to drive me insane but I'll cope
