Am I a bad friend..?

For those asking about the marriage course when we got married in 1989 we had to have three meetings with the minister where he gave us 'instruction ' about marriage and life in general. I think he thought I was very demure as I kept my eyes fixed firmly down for all three hour long sessions the truth is if I had caught my OH eye my sense of the ridiculous would have got the better of me. The minister was a lovely well meaning man but it was excruciatingly funny and embrassing in equal measures.
OP the risk of tring to both is that you enjoy neither .

Oh dear! I worry about my OH because I wouldn't put it passed him to say something outrageous just to provike a reaction and brighten up his day! Its a group thing with other couples which could be really bad especially considering I've heard stories of the vicar being quite blunt about rather private matters! Nightmare!!

A group thing OMG that's terrible perhaps give the OH some ACP tablets in his tea before you go, and the minister was not at all shy about what he discussed !
The worse moment was when he asked my other half if it would help him to have some literature to read before the wedding night . I always wondered what it would have been !

Definitely do both. Life is far too short: squeeze as much as you can into one day. Just dont fall asleep in the soup !!

Hilarious! OH will either die of embarrassment or play up to it..! I'm really bad at getting the giggles! I can see us disgracing ourselves in front of a group fo serious church goers!
