Am I asking too much from a DIY livery yard?

I'm looking for a new yard to move to and don't seem to be having much luck, this is what I am asking for -

DIY for mare and gelding - will need some assistance on occasion for work/ holidays
All year grazing with 24/7 in summer and all day in winter (10 hrs), also want them in the same field as they are friends.
Ability to put hay in the field in winter when ground frozen and frosty
Horses to be able to see other horses from field so when one being ridden the other doesn't go beserk in the field.
Outdoor school
Some off road hacking or field to ride round for faster work, or very near to off road so can load and travel there.
Trailer parking
Toilet
Security for horses and myself

Is this really too much to ask?

Cheshire, don't think so on the price, the yards I'd love to be at are full and are £35 a week and the other I've seen are £20 - £30 a week which I'm more than happy to pay

ahh I dont know that area sorry :-( definitely not the price then as that sounds average, can you get on waiting list for the yards that are full? Places always come up before you know it for one reason or another :-)

Nope. I have that and includes indoor school and own field for our 2 geldings so can chose individual turnout if we wish. £125pcm

im in north wales so just over border have all that apart from toilet we have cctv every where and bhs aproved for 100 pcm so very good 23 a week £15 extra for trailer parking a pcm

Sorry to hijack but does anyone know a yard like that in South East Essex - anywhere between Southend and Basildon?

Sounds exactly where my friend & I moved our mare & gelding to at the weekend! And everyone on the yard is really nice! Unfortunately we took the last 2 stables! And it's in Lincs. Good luck with your search though, we looked at several before we hit gold with this one! :)

We have most of that - I did originally want my two (mare and gelding) together but compromised on that for the sake of the grazing. Got everything else tho so shouldn't be unreasonable request.

I'm on a farm in Cheshire with all year turnout, but no facilities, or security and the hay in the field all has to go in one feeding box, so if you have a bully in the field and yours is shy, it won't get any. It is £20pw but suits me as my girl is retired so doesn't need much more than turnout.

HI
i have all this from my yard in Knutsford - £21 a week basic plus extras for assisted DIY. v near to Tatton Park (hacking distance) and you can ride round the stubble fields when they have been cut in autumn. it's not perfect, but lovely owners and good for the money. PM me if you'd like anymore info. also not sure if you've looked at Saddle Up Cheshire or Cheshire Horse but they have loads of livery yards listed on there which you may not have thought of in your search?

hope this helps.
